1. Conditions of exchange
- Time to exchange goods within 03 days from the date of purchase (a receipt of goods)
- Exchanged goods must have original stamps, labels, tags, unused and accompanied by purchase invoices
- Customers are allowed to exchange products due to defects from the manufacturer.
- Exchanges are only applicable to full-priced products (not included in any promotions)
- Technical error:
Fade
broken, rotten due to poor quality yarn
Accessories are broken
2. Exchange value:
- Exchanged products must be of equal or higher value than previously purchased goods.
3. Time to settle the exchange
- Products for immediate exchange will be resolved within 1 day (24 hours)
- Products need to be appraised due to manufacturing defects to be resolved within 03 days (except Sundays and public holidays)
4. Cases of refusal to exchange goods:
- Does not meet the conditions of exchange as mentioned above
- Goods purchased more than 04 days
- The goods look new, with tags still intact but there are signs of dirt, and scratches, and the accessories of the goods are no longer complete or damaged due to factors outside the store after purchase.
- Product is damaged due to customer's fault
- Customers are not allowed to exchange products when the product does not have any technical errors, correct product code, does not fade ...
5. Return method:
